Setup computer at new home. Fix wireless connection problems.
Reset wireless modem and reconfigured security settings. Setup desktop computer and made sure everything was working correctly.
I had just moved into my new place and just wasn't up to spending the time to hook up my computer. It was going to be a challenge since all of my cords were dumped in one box not labeled. In addition, I was never able to get a wireless connection to work that was secure for my needs. Jacob hooked up everything, (seemingly effortless to me) and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was working and that I was satisfied. He is very professional, knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to call on him again to assist me with all of my computer needs. Very reasonably priced and saved me a lot of time.‎

iBook G4 screen very dim. Can only see picture with flashlight shining on screen.
Replaced screen inverter inside LCD and everything is working OK.
We had some problems with my wife's computer screen (bad inverter). Jacob pretty much diagnosed it on the spot and was able to quickly order the part and fix it. He also helped with our wireless hookup. He even traded me his good ethernet cable for the bad one I had. He was courteous, reasonably priced and always punctual. Richard.‎

Multiple problems with different computers on multiple occasions.
Repeat client. Different solutions for different problems.
Excellent service. Jacob responds right away. He is thorough and professional and very easy to deal with.
