Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All work is warranted for 30 days. If a problem ever returns after a repair is performed, just give me a call and I'll take care of it. If for any reason the problem can't be resolved, you can have your money back.
How much will my repair cost?
The cost of your repair will depend largely on the complexity of the problem. I offer flat rates for most of my repair services so when you call I will likely be able to give you an exact quote. Have a look at my services page for prices on common repairs. If for any reason a repair will cost more than expected, I will always call to confirm you are OK with the extra costs before I continue.
How long will my repair take?
The average turn around time for most repairs is about 3 days. My schedule changes from week to week but when you call I can give you a more specific time frame. Sometimes a repair will require a replacement part that I don't have on hand. This is often the case with repairs on laptop computers. If this is the case, shipping of the part will add about one week to the total repair time.
Where are you located?
I am self-employed and, at this time, do not have a storefront. To make up for this, I offer free pickup and delivery within the Bozeman / Belgrade area. Under certain circumstances I may allow you to drop off your computer at my home. If the pickup / delivery method will not work for you, give me a call and we can work something out.
What should I include with my computer when you pick it up?
If the computer is a desktop, all I need is the tower. The tower is the box that all the cords plug into. I do not need a power cable. If it is a laptop computer I need the laptop and the AC adapter. The AC adapter the the component that plugs into the wall outlet.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and PayPal. You can pay via credit card or PayPal by clicking the "Pay Bill" button at the bottom of this website.
Do you repair Macintosh computers?
Yes, I repair Macintosh computers. Although the majority of my work is done on Windows computers, I am comfortable working with Mac hardware and software.
Do you service (enter brand here) computers?
Yes, I service all brands and models of computers. Some of these brands include, but are not limited to: Dell, HP, Toshiba, eMachines, Gateway, Sony, Compaq, and Acer.
Can you repair my Xbox, Wii, iPod, etc?
I do not have extensive experience with these kinds of repairs. However, I am very technically inclined and, more than likely, can fix your broken device. I am looking for more experience in this area and I would be happy to give you a discount in exchange for the opportunity to learn.
Do you repair printers or monitors?
I do not repair physically broken printers or monitors. However, I can help with the software side of printers and diagnose whether or not your printer/monitor needs to be replaced.
