Excellent work. I let several little computer problems pile up, till I needed help cleaning my act up. I had just moved into my new place and just wasn't up to spending the time to hook up my computer. It was going to be a challenge since all of my cords were dumped in one box not labeled. In addition, I was never able to get a wireless connection to work that was secure for my needs. Jacob hooked up everything, (seemingly effortless to me) and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was working and that I was satisfied. He is very professional, knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to call on him again to assist me with all of my computer needs. Most honest repair I've ever found I'm an artist, and I use computers to store my reference material on and when I'm not able to use that material, because the computer is coughing... so to speak... I'm greatly inconvenienced. Jacob at Computer Clinic did exactly what I asked and didn't add hours to his repair bill. The ONLY place to go!!! Took my computer in because it wouldn't load Windows, and before that it had been running much slower the last year or so. Jacob didn't sweat it and had it up and running again very quickly, eliminating the malware choking the system. Not only that, he retooled it to run faster than ever, installed new security systems and eliminated the junk ones I had before, and adjusted the settings to optimize speed. This computer is 5 years old and I had little if any long term expectations for it. It's now running faster than ever! A month ago it would take 8 minutes to load Windows, then another 5 before you could really click on something. Now? 2 minutes total. Trust me. The guy works miracles. He even sat down and explained everything! If you go anywhere else you're taking a chance that you might get "C" grade service for an arm and a leg/hr. Go to Jacob and you KNOW, for a cheap flat rate, that you'll get "A++++" service. Period.

Quick, reliable and informed...I simply cannot say enough about Jacob and his company, The Computer Clinic. Our son had to return to MSU from Ohio ... without his laptop. It was still back in Ohio at a computer repair store - where it had sat for over 10 days - and where we were getting the run-around. I called Jacob, explained the problem, and quickly retrieved it from the offending repair store - overnighting it to Jacob. He not only kept in touch with us, and explained the problem and repairs clearly, he kept in touch with our son at MSU and delivered the repaired laptop to him personally. Our son is thrilled and relieved, and we as parents were so pleased to have someone far from home we could rely upon, and who's turnaround was so quick. In the end, his fee was considerably lower than what we were experiencing here, and more importantly, we're certain the quality was infinitely better than we would have had otherwise. Thank you Jacob! We will recommend you to all of those MSU parents, and our son will spread the word around his fraternity and friends.

My computer (which I use for work as well) was very noisy and Jacob picked it up that morning and had it all repaired the very next day! This was very convenient for me as I couldn't be off of work for weeks waiting for it to be repaired. Now, I can't hear my computer which is really great! THE BEST! My computer had a melt down last night. One is lost without access to the internet, email, etc. I was at my wits ends. I called The Computer Clinic and Jacob rode in on a white horse. Well done! I had some gnarly malware viruses on my laptop!!! Spent hours trying to get rid of them myself. I Googled "repair in Bozeman" and found a couple of options.... Thank goodness the first people were not phone friendly.... They quickly came out, picked up my computer and in a few days had it back to me better than ever! Thank you Jacob for a job well done....
